Unable to Login? Here’s the Solution

Sometimes some users face problems while logging into their Inky Deals Account. 


Here are some quick fixes for different browsers: 

CHROME -Clear cache & cookies

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools  Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

Firefox – Clear Cache & Cookies

  • Click the menu button and select Preferences.
  • Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  • In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data
  • Make sure that there is a check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data
  • With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.

  1. The supplied solution clears everything from every website.
    I would recommend the following to only delete data related to this site:

    Chrome:
    1. On your computer, open Chrome.
    2. Navigate to inkydeals.com
    3. In the address bar at the left (where the lock sign is) click on the icon.
    4. Click “website settings”
    5. At the top, click “Clear data”

    This way only the data related to this site will be deleted.
