   I’ve purchased a couple of your deals and have downloaded but have absolutely no idea how to use them. Doesn’t do me much good. with out some type of instructions.

   It doesn’t send me the correct download. It sends me a .rar file. every time I tried to get it, again the .rar file, I’m not interested in.

     The .rar file is a zip, from where you need to extract the files.
