Having a standard licence for this content make absolutely no sense for obvious reasons..
Also, including jpegs is useless because they are not even allowed to be used.
As such it would be fair to change the price to $10 for the extended licence don’t you think? I would have bought the set if that was the case, but now I won’t. The designed elements are nice, but too simple to justify $25… (plus taxes)

This is a great asset and good way to start if you want to save time. The images that are included as advertised (JPEGs) are photos that are shown as samples. You won’t get the actual images – so you can’t use them with the PSDs. That was a little misleading.
Also, you’re going to need Typekit to sync the fonts, as they are not included nor referenced in the bundle. I was able to do this easily and for free with cc2015 subscription, but I do not know how that will affect CS users not on a subscription. If that is a problem, I imagine you could replace them with free Google fonts, but that may not help achieve the exact look shown in the preview images.
The actions were a plus, with nice effects. And smart layers made adding pictures in files with multiple image layouts easier. Overall, a good buy.
